These terms govern the purchase of products at quintocuadrante.com, the online store of the Quinto Cuadrante brand, operated from Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (the "store"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Products and prices

We sell garments and accessories produced in short runs; stock is limited and may sell out without notice. All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or description errors before confirming an order.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by credit or debit card through Shopify's payment platform on an encrypted checkout page. The store does not store your card details. The store does not offer interest-free installment promotions; if your bank offers to defer the purchase, the interest and conditions are between you and your bank.

3. Shipping

• We ship anywhere in Mexico through carriers with a tracking number.
• Shipping cost is shown at checkout: $200 MXN (standard, 3 to 5 business days) or $250 MXN (express, 1 to 2 business days).
• Standard shipping is free on orders of $1,800 MXN or more; it is applied automatically at checkout. For smaller orders, standard shipping is $200 MXN and express is $250 MXN.
• Delivery times are estimates and start once the carrier picks up the order. Make sure your address is complete and correct: re-shipments caused by incorrect details are at the customer's expense.

4. All sales are final

We do not accept exchanges or returns for preference, size or change of mind. Every piece publishes its size chart: review it carefully before buying. See the full sales policy.

The above does not limit the rights granted to you by the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law in the event a product has manufacturing defects.

5. Intellectual property

The QC monogram, the Quinto Cuadrante name, the photographs and the contents of this site are property of the brand and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

6. Contact and jurisdiction

For the interpretation and performance of these terms, the parties submit to the applicable laws of Mexico and the jurisdiction of the authorities of Monterrey, Nuevo León, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers, including recourse to Profeco.
